It is important to motivate and encourage students to perform better in their careers. That’s why; Petra Group is also awarding the top performers with prizes at the end of year graduation. It will include vouchers for Petra hospitality supplies and customized chef jackets with the student’s name and the TAFE logo.

The commercial cookery headteacher of TAFE NSW, Deborah Whitebread, says that the company approached her to see how it can help the students. She found that providing them with uniforms would be the best option because the students usually struggle to pay for all the equipment they require when they are just starting with the course.
